About This Project
Leisure and hospitality developments combine the mechanical demands of a hotel — reliable hot water, comfortable heating, and high-specification bathroom installations — with the practical challenges of a large, spread-out site where plant and distribution pipework must serve multiple buildings across a significant area. MPM’s engineers are experienced in both hospitality mechanical installations and the challenges of multi-building, site-wide mechanical projects.
MPM’s scope at the Kent & Surrey Nationals encompassed the full mechanical and plumbing installation for the hotel and clubhouse buildings, including heating systems, underfloor heating in key areas, domestic water services, commercial gas installation, and sanitary ware installations throughout the guest rooms and public areas. We worked closely with the interior design and fit-out team to ensure mechanical installations were correctly coordinated with the high-specification finishes specified for the project.
